Sitting on top of the dune, Duna Grande gives you the possibility of enjoying both the country landscapes and the sea. Birds sweep down to pick the water from the private pool while in the distance the little town of Capalbio appears perched close to the sky. On a clear day Argentario lies off to the West slightly hiding the island of Giglio.
As you come into the house three bedrooms on the ground floor and a master bedroom on the first floor enable eight guests to live in comfort with views overlooking the farm and the sea.
On the right a spacious living room furnished with comfortable couches inspire the after lunch siesta, prepared in the big and modern kitchen and eaten in the living room in-between.
At the end of the villa a double bedroom with bathroom enable other two guests to live in a separate environment. The space under the shelter between the pool and the house is equipped with table and chairs to dine outside under the setting sun.
